Charges

We aim to make our booking prices competetive, with a discount given to people living in the parish.

All charges include a 15 minute set up and a 15minute clear away time, i.e. your hire time starts from your booked entry time and ends at your final exit time.

Prices are reviewed annually. These charges are from 1 September 2026 –

• Hire of either room 1 or 2 – £16 per hour (Marden Parishioners £14 per hour)

• Hire of both rooms 1 & 2 combined £30 per hour (Marden Parishioners £26 per hour)

• Hire of the Kitchen (when hiring rooms 1, 2 or both) – £10 per hour extra (Marden Parishioners £8 per hour extra)

• Hire of and exclusive use of the whole building – £45 per hour (Marden Parishioners £40 per hour)

• Wedding Package – exclusive use of the whole building and equipment 12.00 Friday until 4pm Sunday £1000.00

The minimum charge for hire of any of the hall rooms for single occasion bookings is 2 hours.

A deposit may be required to secure the booking (you will be emailed an invoice for the deposit) which is to be paid in advance of the booking.

Where the hall is not left in a clean and tidy state after hire, you may be charged for extra cleaning.

Any damages will be charged for.

Special rate for regular repeat bookings

• Hire of the Main Hall (rooms 1 + 2 ) room only for repeat weekly bookings (i.e. for regular weekly classes that are open to the Community to join) – £14 per hour (Marden Parishioners £12 per hour)
