Charges

INTRODUCTORY offer for September, October and November only, we are offering

a 20% reduction on the regular hire charges shown below.

We aim to make our booking prices competitive, with a discount given to people living in the parish.

All charges must include a 15 minute set up and a 15 minute clear away time, i.e if you require the hall for 2 hours, the chargeable rate will be for 2 1/2 hours

Prices will be reviewed annually. These charges are from 1 September 2026 –

• Hire of room 1 – £16 per hour (Marden Parishioners £14 per hour)

• Hire of room 2 – £14 per hour (Marden Parishioners £12 per hour)

• Hire of the Lobby/ Cafe area £8 per hour (Marden Parishioners £6 per hour)

• Hire of the Kitchen (when hiring rooms 1, 2 or both) – £5 per hour extra (Marden Parishioners £4 per hour extra)

• Wedding Package – exclusive use of the whole building and equipment 12.00 Friday until 4pm Sunday price on request

The minimum charge for hire of any of the hall rooms for single occasion bookings is 60 minutes (plus set up and end of use cleaning time)

A deposit may be required to secure the booking (you will be emailed an invoice for the deposit) which is to be paid in advance of the booking.

Where the hall is not left in a clean and tidy state after hire, you may be charged for extra cleaning.

Any damages will be charged for.
